NEW STUDENT ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & BILLING SYSTEM IS HERE!
Williams is transitioning from the E-bill system to the Student Account Center with TMS in preparation for the fall 2014 term bill. The SAC will allow students and their additional registered users to view student account information in real-time, to make one-time payments, and to set up installment payment plans and make monthly payments. Students should have received an email from Williams College [no firstname.lastname@example.org] around June 17 inviting them to register for the SAC. IT IS CRITICAL THAT ALL STUDENTS register themselves from this email, then invite parents and other users to register, BEFORE FALL TERM BILLS ARE ISSUED ON JULY 15.
Williams students can invite an unlimited number of authorized users to register for access to the Student Account Center (SAC). Each authorized user will be able to view the student’s account information in real time and will also receive an email when the monthly billing statements are ready for viewing and payment. Payments may be made electronically through the SAC via ACH payment or credit card (MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express are accepted with a 2.99% convenience fee). Payments may also be made via check mailed to the Bursar’s Office or an international wire transfer through peerTransfer. Students and families can also enroll in and manage their monthly installment plans from the SAC.
How to Access the Student Account Center
Go to the Bursar’s Office website. Select the Billing & Payments tab at the top of the page, and then select “Access NEW Student Account Center” on the menu on the right side of the page. Use your username and the password you selected when you registered to log in to the SAC.
How to Invite Other Users to Register for Student Account Center Access
To invite an authorized user (parents or anyone else who should have access to your billing information), log in to the Student Account Center. Click on Manage Account Access and provide the name and email address of the person you wish to invite to register for SAC access. You can do this for as many people as you like. The people for whom you do this will receive a registration invitation email and they should click on the link in this email to complete their registration process.
