Students can enroll an unlimited number of authorized payers to view their account. Each authorized payer will receive an email when the monthly billing statement is ready for viewing and payment.
Only a student can enroll an authorized user; the College cannot enroll someone for you. Students and their families should discuss who should receive term bills. Each student will receive a term bill each month. If a family does not wish to receive an E-Bill, the student can print the bill or electronically forward it.
Student E-Bill log-in information
For your first log-in, you will need:
- Your User ID: Your User ID for E-Bill is your Williams email address (e.g. email@example.com)
- Your password: Your initial password is the first part of your Williams email address (not including @williams.edu) followed by the last four digits of your Williams student ID number. Letters are lower-case, and no space between initials and numbers (e.g. ssh14567).
We encourage you to change your password after the first login to something unique that you will remember.
Granting Access to the E-Bill System
Students only may register a parent or authorized payer by logging into the E-Bill system.
Log-in here using the E-Bill log-in information above: secure3.i-doxs.net/williams
Then follow this navigation:
- Go to
- My Profile
- Shared Access
- Add Shared Access
- Complete all fields marked with “*”
- Hit Submit
There is no limit to the number of authorized payers you can add.
An e-mail notification will be sent to each new authorized payer with their login and password.
