Changing Your Board Plan
Students may request board plan changes, purchase EPH Points, or purchase 50-meal blocks (students living off-campus and seniors living in co-op housing only) through their PeopleSoft self-service accounts. If you wish to change your meal plan, you can do so online during the fall 2017 term from September 18-22 and during the spring 2018 term from February 5-9. For more information please visit dining.williams.edu/meal-plan-changes.
Changes and purchases will take effect as soon as your request has been authorized, typically by the next business day, and the change will be reflected on your term bill in the next billing cycle.
If you are enrolled in a Winter Study travel away program, you may be eligible for a meal plan rebate if the program is off campus for more than 10 consecutive days. Contact Dining Services at [email protected] in November for additional information and the rebate form. Information on Winter Study meal plan rebates for 2017 can be found at dining.williams.edu/winter-study-rebate-form.
If you have not waived the Williams health insurance coverage for 2017-18, you will see a charge of $1,818 on your statement for our health insurance plan. For more information on the health insurance enrollment/waiver process, please visit health.williams.edu/student-health-insurance.
